Regular servicing keeps engines healthy. Change oil and filters every 100–200 hours, or as recommended in your owner’s manual.
Dust can choke your engine. Inspect filters every 50 hours and replace clogged or damaged ones to ensure smooth airflow.
Always use clean, fresh fuel. Replace fuel filters, drain water separators, and add stabiliser if storing your tractor long-term.
Prevent overheating by checking the coolant before use. Flush and replace every 1–2 years to maintain proper engine temperature.
Look for cracks, leaks, or wear. Replace them before failure to avoid costly breakdowns and engine overheating.
Keep terminals clean, check electrolytes, and charge regularly. A strong battery ensures smooth starts, even in cold weather.
Wipe off dirt, oil, and grease. A clean engine is easier to inspect and less likely to overheat.
Don’t ignore unusual noises, excess smoke, overheating, or sudden power loss. Early attention prevents bigger problems.
In the off-season, keep your tractor covered and dry. Disconnect the battery and run the engine occasionally.
