Jaipur, July 08 2025: Mahindra Tractors, India’s No.1 tractor brand has developed a range of tractors, with Mahindra’s advanced mLIFT Precision Hydraulic System for farming and non-farming conditions in Rajasthan. Made in Mahindra’s tractor facility in Jaipur; the only tractor manufacturing facility in the state, Mahindra’s mLIFT Precision Hydraulic System is high on quality and reliability, for maximum productivity, precision, with best-in-class serviceability.
As farmers in the state ready themselves for the upcoming Kharif season, Mahindra’s advanced mLIFT Precision hydraulic system is compatible with a wide array of implements and tasks, with features like load-sensing systems, variable displacement pumps, and precise electronic controls for smoother and more accurate operations. The mLIFT hydraulics system also ensures easy to use PC DC controls (Pressure Compensation & Directional Control) for smooth power output and depth penetration.
mLIFT precision technology will feature in the Mahindra 275 DI XP Plus, Mahindra 475 DI MS XP Plus, and Mahindra 575 DI XP Plus tractors all of which are tailored for Rajasthan’s farming conditions and capable of operating over long working hours. Mahindra 275 DI XP Plus is powered by a robust 3-cylinder ELS DI engine, delivering a maximum torque of 152 Nm and features a hydraulic lift capacity of 1500 kg. The wet air cleaner, equipped with a pre-air cleaner, enhances engine longevity and is particularly useful in dusty conditions. Its SFC (Specific Fuel Consumption) of 191 gm/hp-hr ensures superior fuel efficiency, alongside a 32.1 LPM hydraulic pump flow supporting efficient operation of implements. The tractor is equipped with a YCV option, both mechanical and power steering, and a water-cooled radiator with larger capacity, to perform optimally in high ambient temperatures. Furthermore, the Mahindra 275 DI XP Plus tractor design provides more stability in haulage applications.
Mahindra 475 DI MS XP PLUS is equipped with a powerful 4-cylinder engine, delivering a maximum torque of 194 Nm and a backup torque of 21%. It features a dual-acting power steering, a robust gear shift mechanism with 8 forward and 2 reverse gears, and 13.6 x 28 rear tyres for optimal performance and durability. The wet air cleaner, integrated with a pre-air cleaner, is highly effective in dusty conditions. Additionally, the water-cooled radiator with higher capacity ensures superior cooling even in high ambient temperatures. The tractor comes with a YCV option (allows the operator to adjust the speed of the PTO), mechanical and power steering, with its design optimized for greater stability in haulage applications.
Mahindra 575 DI XP PLUS is a tractor that offers a maximum torque of 207 Nm and a backup torque of 15%, ensuring consistent performance under varying loads. Its low SFC of 185 gm/hp-hr translates to significant fuel savings. Featuring a 1500 kg lift capacity and an advanced hydraulics system, Mahindra 575 DI XP PLUS is ideal for heavy-duty applications. The wet air cleaner, equipped with a pre-air cleaner, ensures engine health in dusty environments. Additionally, the water-cooled radiator with enhanced capacity allows for smooth operations in high ambient temperatures. This model also includes a YCV option, mechanical and power steering, and is designed with improved stability for haulage applications.

Located at Jaipur Kishangarh Expressway, Sanganer, 40 kms from Jaipur city, Mahindra’s Jaipur plant was setup in 2002, employs over 700 people and includes operations like assembly of tractors, transmission and hydraulics, and painting.
