Jaipur, March 06, 2025: Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.’s Farm Equipment Sector (FES), part of the Mahindra Group, today announced its tractor sales numbers for February 2025.

With a presence of over 60 women deployed across various functions, Mahindra’s Jaipur tractor plant plays a pivotal role in women empowerment, exemplifying Mahindra Groups commitment to nurturing a supportive work environment for women, while accommodating the diverse needs of its employees.

With provisions designed to promote work-life balance, Mahindra & Mahindra has also set a high benchmark in the manufacturing sector by offering five-year-long "career reassuring and flexibility" policies to women employees in their journey of motherhood.

Located at Jaipur Kishangarh Expressway, Sanganer, 40 kms from Jaipur city, Mahindra’s Jaipur plant is the only tractor manufacturing plant in Rajasthan.

Setup in 2002, the plant employs over 700 people and includes operations like assembly of tractors, transmission and hydraulics, and painting. With an annual capacity of assembling 54,000 tractors, based on 40 variants and 7 tractor models ranging from 15 to 50 hp, these tractors are suited for varied agri operations. Mahindra’s Jaipur plant has rolled out over 3.5 lakh tractors so far.

Mahindra Tractors is also celebrating Women’s Day across its other plant locations in Mumbai, Nagpur, Rudrapur, Zaheerabad and Pithampur.
