2WD Tractors

Two-wheel drive tractors (2WD tractors or 2x2 tractors) derive their name from the fact that most of their weight is distributed on the rear axle or rear wheels. This is where they get traction. These tractors are powered by a single axle, making them capable of performing at 45-50% of their engine power, which is usually between 4-150 kW. Their small turning radius makes them easier to maneuver than four-wheel drive tractors. So, 2x2 tractors are most suitable for small landholdings, orchards, and vineyards.
